Easy to use
The pump is mounted on X-am 2500/5000/5600 and is fastened with clips. The pump starts automatically after the pump and the flame detection device have been connected. The pump automatically shuts off after removing it from the device. The use of X-am with a pump has no effect on the measurement performance for standard gases.
Charging via USB
The pump battery can be recharged using a micro USB port. A standard mobile charger can be used for this purpose. The charging status is indicated by the LED on the pump. Charging to full requires about six hours.

With a length of 17.5 cm and a weight of only 200 g, this pump is easy to handle, carry, and store. Dräger X-am pumps are dust and water resistant according to IP67 protection classification. The pump works reliably even at temperatures as low as -40 ° C. The battery is in solid print to protect it from damage from dropping or bumping.
Effective range of measurement results: with explosion protection
The pump can reach the ambient atmosphere in an inaccessible place - up to a distance of 45 m, e.g. in canals, tunnels, or tank systems. The pump has been optimized for 3 mm diameter hoses - for fast response times and low power consumption.
The use of pumps with X-am devices guarantees accurate and consistent measurement results - even in the most severe situations. This is because the pump has received explosion protection approval for Ex zone 0. When combined with Dräger X-am 2500/5000/5600, which is also approved for Ex zone 0, the X-am pump allows safe and continuous monitoring of closed areas.
Long operating time for long placements
This pump is not only very strong on the outside but also inside. The battery capacity lasts for three working weeks with 8 measurements per day (ie up to 20 hours of continuous operation). Comfort: X-am operating time is not reduced when the pump is operating. In addition, all pump operating times can be evaluated using CC-vision software.
Data logger
Pump operating time, power status, battery warning and flow alarm are displayed on Dräger X-am and stored in the data logger. This makes it possible to display the results of measuring safe conditions separate from the evaluation of personal monitoring.
