The RMG 200 consists of a main pressure regulator system (the actuator and main valve) and the pilot unit (two form of control stages and auxiliary pressure stage). RMG 200 is designed to ensure that gaseous media outlet pressure is kept constant and unaffected with outer influences; providing excellent control for inlet pressures and flux variations. Additionally, a delicate filter is pre-switched to shield the operator in heavy climate areas. The difference between the RMG 200 intake tension and the exit pressure is used for additional power. The adjustable auxiliary load stress can be used to influence the static amplification and adjust the regulator in line mode. The voltage to be controlled at the outlet is determined at the pilot site and advised to be controlled by the pilot line. The output pressure is compared to the reference value (point spring force). Pressure from RMG 200 Gas Pressure Regulator is applied to the diaphragm.
